Reward must be redeemed within 3 months of the date the card is issued.
Customers will earn one stamp per person, per visit with the purchase of a main meal.
To earn a stamp, customers must present their loyalty card to a staff member at point of purchase.
A main meal must be purchased when redeeming the reward of a free dessert.
The loyalty card is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.
The Queens Head reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, with reasonable notice.
By participating in the loyalty program, you consent to the collection and storage your personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act, once the card has been collected.
