The Queens Head Loyalty Card

• Reward must be redeemed within 3 months of the date the card is issued.
• Customers will earn one stamp per person, per visit with the purchase of a main meal.
• To earn a stamp, customers must present their loyalty card to a staff member at point of purchase.
• A main meal must be purchased when redeeming the reward of a free dessert.
• The loyalty card is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.
• By participating in the loyalty program, you consent to the collection and storage your personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act, once the card has been collected.
